The MSC 91 United
is a competitive U-18 girls team associated with MSC United, located
in Mesa, Arizona. We completed season as
ARIZONA STATE FINALISTS
for the 2nd year. We lost 2 games to Sereno 91, the 5-time
state champions, after defeating the 3rd, 4th and 5th place teams.
We began the 2008 season in the Mission Viejo Invitational
on August 2 where we won all 4 games to win our 2nd California
tournament. In the Blues Cup over Labor Day, we won our bracket to make the quarter-finals, only to lose to Surf White.
In October, we won the Sereno Pro Classic where we won 3 games and
tied 1, we scored 13 goals while only allowing 1. At
Thanksgiving, we competed in the Surf College Cup, where we won our
3 bracket games and lost in the semi-final game by PKs, 5-4.
We beat a team from Canada and 2 teams from California, scoring 9
and only allowing 2.
We are now on break for the Arizona High School season. To see how

Overall, our teams are 48-24-9, as of 1/3/09.
The first tournament
in the spring will be the President's Day
tournament.
